Narcolepsy and sex (males only)

Has anyone here had a problem with impotency? For quite sometime now i've had a problem concentrating on the issue in hand. Really embarrasing and awkward moments are the unfortunate result not to mention the frustration for both parties involved! My sense of humar can only take me so far.
Is this a common problem amongst narcoleptic males (or females, if they wish to comment) or have i just embarrased my self more ( never to return to this forum again)?
