I hate to ask this..

Has anyone here suffered from crazy mood swings..? I seem to be fine and then I get so depressed and then negative. Then the crumblies really hit the fan. I get depressed then angry and it is kind of like I don't know what I am am saying. I also think that I abuse alcohol at times more than most..I don't know how to put it. I think I use alcohol to either run from or ignore my problem. I think I might have been doing it for a few years. Has anyone else experienced this? I don't know how to say it all.. I feel like I have control at times then there are times when I have no control at all. I feel sorry for my husband.....he puts up with so much. Is this part of it all or just me not dealing with it well..
