For as much helpfull information I find on this site, the is also a high entertainment value. In this case I would say that about Philip's response. Your kidding right? (He's kidding). Any Im just a mere female but I'd say if the problem with concentration is narcolepsy, hormones arent the cure. Maybe meds for narcolepsy. Sounds like performance anxiety to me, you would know of course. But amazing results can happen through mental and phisical exercises. Buy a book!
