Does your sleepiness go in cycles?

I currently take dexedrine for my N. If I don't take it, I find that 2 hours after I wake up, I must have a nap. After the nap, I find I am sleepy again after 2 hours. I go all day like this -- needing to nap every 2 hours. Do any of you have "cycles" of sleepiness that run every "x" hours?
