A lot of the medication that narcoleptics take affect sexual drive and performance. Anti-depressants are especially notorious. It's time to get back to your doc's find out if you're on any. Are you cataplatic? That is also known to mess up things. By the way, the sex thereapists that are certified by the urology and gyn(for the ladies) boards are pretty good.
