I usually wake up about 7:30am, and I feel great for about 3-4 hours. At about 11am, I get hit with intense sleepiness. (For a long time, I thought that it was because I was hypoglycemic, and just need to eat, and then I was tired after lunch because I had just eaten -- funny what you can tell yourself, and actually believe.) The sleepiness last until about 4:00pm, then I'm really feeling good until about 8:00pm. I'm usually very drowsy after that until I go to bed. If for some reason I stay up past midnight, I'm up until 2am.

I can also avoid that 11am if I'm active. Although, sometimes if I'm on a field visit for work, it hits be worse than ever. Usually, I just lie and say that I have low blood sugar, and need to eat lunch (then I make sure and take some Ritalin right away).

Hope that helps. By the way do you have any of the other Narc symptoms?
