I've been on Provigil for about 2-3 months and I while I am very happy with it, I also know that I have had a few experiences where I was still sleepy while on it, i.e. one time I was on it, but I was sleepy on a long drive. I take one 200 mg pill in the am.

Also, I have noticed that if I drink coffee or a coke, even just one cup, I can get jittery, hyper and/or anxious. It's a feeling like I almost cannot move fast enough for the thoughts in my head. But it is not that bad, and I just need to learn to stay off the caffeine!

I do have headaches occasionally too. But all of this, for me, are worth it given the amazing changes it has made in my sleepiness.

Good luck.
