Provigil has been pretty fabulous. My only consistent side effect has been a dry throat. So I drink more water, which is a good thing anyway!

The urine odor was a little freaky, but not a big deal at all. And I had some headaches during the first week or so, but popping two ibuprofen tablets cleared it up instantly. I've been on it for about four months, and the headaches only pop up occasionally now.

When I first started, Provigil was a miracle. For the first time in decades, I felt awake. I was buzzing, I was happy, I was singing, I was delighting all of those around me. I thought I had stumbled on some wacky happy pill. I don't get that great buzzy feeling anymore. And I also wondered if that was just me being myself, finally being wide awake!

I still get a little sleepy in the daytime, but usually just when I'm trying to pull a long boring work day on little sleep the night before. And THAT sounds normal! Good luck.
