Hi D.
I felt bad reading this response because I actually did not intend to be making fun of you. I was apearently in a feisty mood which was clearly not compatible with issues of sensitivity. (As most of them on this site are.) So Im sorry. I actually feel very sympathetic towards you, as I do reading most of the entries here. I was really reacting to Phillip's response. I was really anoyed because I though he was making fun of you. I guess I'm not familiar enough with him or I might have known better. Even though I came across as being mean, I thought I was defending you. Heres what I was thinking:
I dont know, but Ive never heard of Test. and Est. being healthy.
I have read that one effect N. and Cataplexy can have one a person is "flattend personality" that is, as a coping mechanism one supresses emotion and withdraws socially. (To avoid situations which may cause Cat). Your problem makes sense to me as a "survival instinct".
I dont think performance problems are so unsusual. Thats probably alot of why viagra is such a hit.
Women can have performance problems too, which are much less recognized. After reading other entries it seems like checking out your medication might be a place to start. On medication I had no sex drive at all. I remember telling a friend, who has recently fallen in love, that I couldnt even imagin wanting to have sex. Just the thought of it was distastefull. I just thought it was a hormonal problem or depression. It changed when I switched meds. I have heard that certain anti-depressants at least on women, not only eliminate drive but can make it painfull to be touched.
I really meant to say, You can make it work! (no pun intended.)
