Anywhere I can get info on reading test results..?

Hello again everyone! I think I am over that last bit of blue funk I was in for a while. I was wondering if there is any site out there or if any of you have experience reading the results from a sleep lab. I was able to obtain my records from my previous doctor and I don't understand what it all means. I also have my tissue typing test with the HLA on it but I don't know how to read that either. Can anyone help? Thanks!
