Well, without meds my naps can last 1-2 hours. Then I am groggy for about 15 minutes, fine for 1hr 45 min, then I get sleepy again. This goes on throughout the day until about 9 pm, when I go to bed, wake up about 9 am, and the cycle starts all over again.

On medicine (Dexedrine currently) I don't have these cycles. I still have problems getting up in the morning, but I am only late to work about 15 mins opposed to 1 hour or so!! :)
