It seems to me that Mr. sandman has a very small focus on narcolepsy and its many aspects.
I have had cataplexy for over 40 years. I can be standing at times and like a flash I will have an attack of cataplexy, but I will still be standing, the only problem is I only see people in another dimension. This happens in a flash of a second. Under sandmans definition this would not be cataplexy, to me narcolepsy and cataplexy go together like a hand and glove. When I am not having an attack of narcolepsy/cataplexy I have 20/20 vision like most folks. Come now Mr Sandman dont you really think your focus is to narrow.
