Have you ever tried a drug holiday? It usually works for me when I find the amount of dexedrine I take isn't working as well as it used to. I take 30 to 45 mgs daily.
I have tried many different drugs over the years and some worked better than others. The main thing is that you need to gage for yourself if the meds are working or not. I have heard of others taking that combination and having very good results.
I find the more I worry about if something is going to work or not, the harder it is for me to tell. Just try to think of it as another day and over a short time you will know if it is helping or not. It generally takes a few adjustments in dosage before you find what works best for you.
