Hi susan--Hang in there. I think its a big switch to go off Dex so much. You might be going through withdrawl. Im just starting Provigil too, Ive read alot of negative reports on it here, but it also seems to work differently with everyone. I have doubts too and its awfull to think I'll have to switch meds again. Isnt stability what were all looking for in being medicated? Even if provigil doesnt work for you in the end, it might help you to have dropped way off Dex for a while (help with the tolerance). Good Luck. H.
