Don't give up! We care about you. We may have gotten off focus, but I'll bet that almost everyone here can identify with at least some of the things you shared.

I think we can benefit from new medical info about narcolepsy, but that isn't (or shouldn't be) our main focus. That should be to provide a 'safe' place to come and share the ups and downs of narcolepsy when we have nowhere else to turn.

If you read back through the forums, I think you'll find that each person is at different places emotionally and physically at different times. Almost everyone has had something supportive and caring to offer at one time or another. Sometimes it's our time to support others, and other times we come here when we can barely keep going. Everyone here has something to give. I hope you feel the caring and that everyone will continue to 'be there' for each other. God Bless.
