My husband and son also use it as a gauge. My husband particularly will gently guide me to a nap (in case I'm not completely aware - and sometimes it takes a comment for me to notice).

Usually if I'm that tired I'll soon be napping regardless of the circumstances.

This forum has helped me tremendously, too. Glad you found it.
