weak muscles

Posted by Donna on June 23, 2000 at 06:54:01:

Hi everyone,

Not to be complaining here, but I am a bit concerned. I am hardly able to walk any distance without my ankles aching. Is this just being out of shape? When ever I do anything that requires strength I just get exhausted! I have been trying to walk some, but I have to stop because of the pain in my ankles. Then,I get very tired and sometimes have to lay down if I have "overdone it". Overdone for me is doing very little. Maybe my muscles are weak from the sleeping and sitting. I am over weight, so that would add to it. I was just curious if anyone else has this problem but your muscles are in good shape, or you have anything that might be related to this. I am probably just out of shape, but it is at the back of my mind all of the time so I might as well ask.
