Theresa,

It sounds like automatic behavior symptom. I have never had an accident at home or in the car, but I certainly have done weird things, ended up places I had no idea why I was there, and couldn't remember. When I drive I am super careful not to day dream, as it seems to occur easily at that time. I never drive if I feel like I can't make it without the nap. I have set up a network of places to nap at friends and family homes. I also can always just pull over and nap for a minute or two to relieve the build up. My network allows me to come whenever I need a nap regardless if they are home or not. Sometimes just 15 minutes, but I have napped up to hour and a half. All depends on how I feel. Anyway, hope this has helped. Donna
