First welcome, and I hope you feel like no question is out of the ordinary here. We all still have questions, and learn from one another. You are safe here. To answer your question about the slurred speach, it is most definitely a symptom. Sometimes when I am in a situation that I cannot just go lay down and nap, I excuse myself from the conversation, and am just honest about what is happening. My biggy with the speech is that it is like I am pulling words and can't talk in addition to not being able to remember common words. The slurred part occurs more and more as I struggle to get the words out. My speach slows to a duhhhhhhhhhhhh... LOL!
