I have been on provigil for about 18mth.and have had very good results.The biggest side effect I have had has been mood swings which I now take avery low dose of zoloft to counter balance.But even the mood swings were better than the exhaustion and unexpected sleep attacks that I was going through.I think that we hear mostly about the side effects because people want to warns others of possible risks.But when a medication works well we are less likely to comment on it.I am glad to hear I am not the only one to have good results with provigil.
