I don't think it is. I did not take Provigil for a very long period of time, however I did take a large doseage. 200 mg 3x day. It could possibly be a hereditary factor for me. Both my mother and father had circulation problems, but not really until they were in their senior years. My mom got so she had a difficult time walking and my dad I remember his feet being almost purplish in color. There is a long history of congestive heart falure in my family. I don't think there is a connection with the Provigil though...
