I was on Cylert (37.7 mg in the AM) for about 4 years (and Ritalin twice a day before the Cylert). I have been on Provigil for about 2-3 months now and except for the mild dehydration mentioned earlier, have no side effects. Am doing pretty well -- more awake than with the Cylert, can keep going longer, easier letdown, fewer problems driving -- am able to drive for 6-7 hours without feeling drowsy now but could only go for 1-2 hrs. on the Cylert.

All in all, Provigil has been good for me.
