Wow! Im amazed its working so well for you (both). I have allways dreamed of being able to drive long distances. Even to stay awake on a road trip would be nice. Thanks to medication I can stay awake a little in cars as a passanger. Cylert gave me much more alertness as in speedyness, but many negative side effects --
On provigil Im a disaster on the road. Every day I get home amazed Im alive. I fall asleep on the road constantly coming home from work (a 20 - 30 min. drive). Im in a near coma comming off of provigil. I feel so sleepy like I have a fever, incredibly fatigued. Its a very diferent feeling from straight forward Narc. sleepyness, this is like an extreme lash back to a rather mild possitive benifit. Increasing dosage doesnt seem to work. Thanks for the responses.
