I have been on Provigil for about 6 months and just in the past 2 or three weeks I have been very depressed and frustrated. I have these uncontrolable crying spells, which are always fun when your at work being a waitress, and all I want to do is go to sleep all day long. I have just started exercising in the past two days and cut out caffine and am watching what I am eating it seems to be helping. The exercise gives me time to think about me and take care of me and not the rest of the world, it is a nice feeling to take 20 minutes and care for me and only me. I hope you have some luck with this whole thing.
