I was on 200mg. of Provigil for 4 months but it wasn't strong enough. Now I'm taking 300mg. and 400mg. if necessary. There are days when it works fine and days that it doesn't. I have not been able to figure out what makes it work and what doesn't. If 400mg. doesn't work I will probably try time release Ritalin or both Provigil and Ritalin
