I am so glad when I hear that someone has been helped. It gives me some hope for the rest of us. Is this the first time that you had taken Dexidrine? I am in the middle of trying out meds with my sleep doc. So far, 600 mg. Provigil made me tired, sick and spacey; Ritalin, made me anxious and tired after 2 hours. Now, I am on Adderall 20 mg. spaced thru the day. This is not helping either. After being tested 4 months ago, I thought that I would be improving by now. The doc. said that meds are trial and error so I think the next is the dex. if this Adderall doesn't start working. I am so tired after 2 hours whatever meds that I take that I am starting to get discouraged. Do you think that Dex is worth a try? How many mgs. did you take? Please let me know. And what other meds did you take before the dex?
