Previous to the Dexedrine, I was only on Provigil. I am still on 200mg of Provigil plus 5mg of the Dexidrine. I had read a previous message from someone that was getting that same wiped-out feeling while on Provigil and he switched to Dexedrine. He said the Dexedrine made him much more clear-headed and not as depressed. He was right. My sleep doctor gave me a choice of Dexedrine or Welburtin. I think I just mispelled Welburtin, however, I remembered the message and chose Dexedrine. I hope your meds get straightened out. As you know, that is half of the battle just to get somewhat stable. It is truly a trial and error process. The medications do seem to work differently with each individual.
