Actually. I wasn't up late. When I posted it was 6:45 am here on the east coast. The changes in your sleep schedule are terrible. I manage to go to sleep around the same time every night (too late) and get up early every day. I'm usually up at 5:15 weekdays and I can never sleep past 8 on weekends, usually I'm up between 6:30 and 7 am.
