that I type this, I think it could be related.

I have been this way for approx. 7-8 years. Never related it to N or cataplexy, but it’s an
interesting thought. I know that I avoid it (MSG) like the plague, because it’s not worth
the pain or discomfort.

It would be interesting to know how many others have had the same response.
