I usually see people and can remarkably recall in great detail what they look like and what they were wearing. The figures are usually standing in a doorway watching me or walking toward me through a doorway. Most hh's are accompanied by extreme
fear and a struggle to either "wake myself up" or "go back to sleep". I've also seen unusual surreal objects moving towards me. I've spent a number of years investigating hh's , including a sleep study which revealed nothing, and have never received a definite answer as to the origin or explanation of these experiences. I was relieved to learn there are others that experience the same unusual dream state. I would like to know if there is any research that may be helpful in explaining and dealing with these experiences or any other information you would like to
share.
