I'm guessing that the vibes, ting-a-ling, and heaviness is caused by your paralysis mechanism kicking in when you go into REM sleep. Sometimes it happens when you conciously enter REM sleep, hence sleep paralysis. I don't think it would be caused by a lack of oxygen, though. I don't really know exactly though. I think that the times where I THOUGHT I had gotten up to turn the computer on were Out-Of-Body experiences, but I don't know for sure. Correct me if I'm wrong.
