I was on Cylert, when I first got DX'ed with N. Took that for a month, and still had problems with falling asleep. My GP switched me to Ritalin SR about 2 weeks ago. At first I had some attitude problems, but those have calmed down. My biggest problem now is if I consume too much caffeine during the day. I spin all night, and can't sleep.
The other thing is taking the medication early in the day. I took it one morning around 1030 am, and was up until after 4 am the next morning.
I do feel more alert, and focused with the Ritalin, however its only been a couple of weeks. So, I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
