Ouf Of Body experiences are plausable to me. I have had a few that may have been. Or maybe they were just vivid dreams or halucinations. But I tend to group all of these experiences together. As a Muslim I always look for the spiritual connotations during paralysis episodes as well as dreams. If you believe in the concept of a soul then its not to hard to believe in an out of body experience, as it would seem possible for the soul to temporarily separate from the body, if it wasn't already. I forget but was the this the first time you thought you had an out of body like experience? The more you have the more you might be able to tell the difference between those and dreams. For instance, dreams of flying and out of body flying/floating can 'feel' different. But like I said, its all just different 'styles' of the same thing to me.
