Sammy, Sorry to hear your tale. Americans should not be treated this way. We worked all out lives with the gov't taking what ever they wanted from out paychecks. Now that we ask for something back, thier standard policy is to deny us. To have to get an attny to fight for what 'is ours' is outragious. And in my case, to have an attny turn down the case because there isn't enough money in it for them or it too much hassle is worse. We shouldn't have to be indigent to recieve benifits we paid for in advance. Nor should we have to relocate to recieve proper considertion by the federal gov't.
If anyone has any suggestions, I'm listening.
