I was going through reading forum 8 and when I came across your post I thought my goodness that is exactly what my sleeping pattern was. I say was, as I haven't had a shift for several weeks now. It seems that I am leveling off some. I was diagnosed with delayed sleep phase in addition to the narc. Thought you might want to know. Donna
