Just a short note to let you know I read your post. It's almost 10 pm here and I have to go to sleep. I will reply more later.
The most important thing right now is to TRY to relax. I am fighting the same battle with Narc., but I'm just a little ahead of you. Things will get better. I was doing ok on Ritalin until a few days ago, and I actually had to hit the bed today when I got home from work--the first time in about 2 weeks (of course my 11 yr old thought it would be cute to wake me up after a few minutes--ugh!). My point is that this is an ongoing process. We will never reach the point where our Narco. is gone, just under control so we can function. It just takes time! Hang on!Sleepily,
