I have narcolepsy and sleep apenia. Sometimes when I get an attack of narcolepsy,I also get a low grade headache, not a migraine, just a dull headache and I have to go to sleep immeadeately. I have been on 700 mg. per day of provigil with no affect, I can take the provigil and go right back to sleep. I tried dexadrine it just made me shakey, now the sleep Dr. is starting me on Ritalin 30 mg./ day.
