Posted by Cindy on September 26, 2000 at 18:58:23:I go for my first doc visit next week (finally, six weeks after sleep study) to talk about meds. I was wondering what to expect. Are some docs preferential to certain meds or are they open to what my preferences might be according to what I've researched and how I feel about the side effects? For different reasons there are certain meds I don't think I want to take (unless others don't work). I'm sure all docs have their own ways, but I'm just trying to prepare myself. I'm just hoping she doesn't just suggest one med and that's it. Any suggestions or experiences would be much appreciated. Thanks
