I read your earlier post. I hope the Ritalin helps. That's what I take. I had a lot of trouble with the Ritalin making my heartrate to fast but I seem to be getting much better in that regard and it has really helped the sleepiness. I also work night shift which doesn't help a bit. However, I have always believed that the only headache worth having is the really painful kind and therefore, have never experienced a dull headache :-) The migraines seem to be improving some with the narcolepsy treatment but it remains to be seen how long that will last. I have thought the migraines were beaten several times only to have them pop right back up again! But so far so good with the Ritalin. I hope you have the same luck. It sounds like you have had a much rougher time than me.
