I think GHB has been in use in canada for many years, also one can buy over the counter codeine which works well for some (you might have to mix it with water to get enough codeine but not too much asprin), L-Tyrosine is one of my favorite cataplexy meds because it keeps working year after year and you don't have to go through any withdrawl because of tolerance ( thats a big plus)
