I have narrowed it down to a sleep disorder encompassing narcalepsy as i have what I think is sleep paralasys. Or I have some kind of epilepsy such as petit mal and definite symptoms from both partial focal seizure and temporal lobe. It is interesting as I have been on this forum and an epileptic one how similiar symptoms are. Does anyone know the relation, are they linked? I know sleep or lack of it affects me greatly.
