Hello again Nikki! I just answered your followup question to mine under another posting, but hadn't read your other entries yet. CONGRATULATIONS! I just became a grandmother (actually, I was already a stepgrandmother) YESTERDAY! So, I certainly know how excited you are! Gee, it would be so much better if you could fly (uh-oh, hope the Sandman doesn't get me for this, but I'm originally from Ft. Worth and know that SWA is cheap, and actually lands in Dallas); anyway, you need to save your energy for a potential all-night vigil in the hospital waiting room! It'll take me a couple more days to recover from mine!
My only thoughts about the rapid onset of your symptoms is that it might be hormone related (I think I talked about it in my first posting, "Narcolepsy, syndrome or symptom?"--or something like that). I know that my symptoms first hit me hard around puberty, and intensified again around menopause; I know the puberty connection is well-known, but haven't really read about a menopause one---seems logical, though.
