Hi dumpling. I am having the same exact problem and the doctor says that I will just have to get used to the lumpy feeling in the back of my throat. Yeah right, try getting used to a constant feeling of gagging. And what is living worth if you can't taste chocolate?
it's so tragic, but all my adult life I have wished for some ability to control myself around chocolate, and now I have my wish, by force!
I miss enjoying chocolate, too.
What's strange is that coffee still tastes like coffee. The only way for me to enjoy chocolate is if I drink coffee because then I can taste the coa coa beans, but the minute I mix any sugar into a cup of coffee, I might as well throw the whole thing away
at this time I would like to make an urgent request with Dumpling...:
If you have gone through a UPPP or tonsillectomy and had a lumpy feeling in the back of your throat, did the lumpy feeling go away?
If so, when?
