I had a Laser-assisted UPPP several months ago, and while I haven't been tested again since then, I definitely feel worse. I'm having to use a higher cpap pressure now than what I was titrated for 2 years ago, even though I've lost 45 lbs since then. It's possible I was just gradually getting worse anyway and that the surgery was just no help whatsoever, I can't prove anything either way. I was told that getting worse after a UPPP was EXTREMELY rare, but now I'm not so sure. I'm very sorry it happened to you.
