John,

Did your medical insurance cover this? My insurance company has denied coverage for an oral appliance, and has given me 60 days to submit an appeal which includes, in their words, "Peer reviewed medical literature with methodologically sound, statistically robust, scientific studies supporting the efficacy of this service for the specific condition."

I am trying to locate documentation that supports oral appliance treatment for OSA, so if anyone has found anything I would appreciate your sharing it with me. I am going to go through the appeal process, but what a hassle!
