oral surgery for sleep apnea

has anyone had oral surgery for sleep apnea,where they break both the upper & lower jaws? i had the oral device & soft tissue surgery including tonsil removal. cpap was of no use & showed no sleep with device-still have 40 apneas with oral device & past surgery.i'm concerned that jaw surgery won't help either.have restrictions on driving & need to drive for job.
