sinus infection,snoring

my 3 yr ols has had a sinus infection since February. On numerous penecillan it is controlled but not gone away. An alergy test was taken and said it might be adnoids, she does snore at night. Does this include her tonsils? My 8 month old also likes to growl when she gets mad or wants attention, will this soon effect her tonsils?
