POST OPP DAY 1

Well folks can I assume the worst is over? They kept me over night and I am grateful, I don't think I could have done that one alone. I'm having a hard time gettingthing down. I know that the IV fluids were a great help. How much fluids does one need to keep from dehydrating and how do I know if I am dehydrating. Questions I knew I should have asked "them" at the hospital but didn't want to take any chances of getting out of there.
