I started out with a size 6 without cuff and then went to a size 6 with a cuff because I had to be vented because of some health problems. I just had a pacemaker put in last week and with that just for a short time about 6 weeks I will use a size 10 with a cuff, but I am on a vent for the timebeing full time.
