I would just like to say that I have no regrets about the UPPP and I had my surgery 18 days ago. Food and drink came up my nose for the first 2 weeks, but now I am eating and drinking normal and I can tell no difference. I have not gotton choked not even one time and I am glad I had the surgeries all together because it is now almost all over with. I have not had much pain in my nose at all and I think it is because my throat was hurting so much more and I never noticed any nose pain. I feel like I am sleeping better, but even if I am not I do not regret this surgery. I wanted to give anything that had a chance a try. I wish you much luck in your decision.
